Introduction of processing examples! [Medical-related device parts] Aluminum thin-walled shape processing

Supports thin and complex shapes! Here are examples of processed aluminum parts related to medical devices [Aluminum Precision Parts Processing].

We would like to introduce a case study of processing "medical-related device components" conducted by TAAFU Co., Ltd. The materials used are A5052/A2017 (aluminum-based). The characteristics include thin-walled shapes, inclinations, and curved shapes. Our company provides a comprehensive range of services to meet various needs, from large-scale processing to precision parts processing. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Case Study】 ■Material: A5052/A2017 (aluminum-based) ■Application: Medical device-related ■Features: Thin-walled shapes, inclinations, curved shapes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[VA/VE Case] Change hexagonal head R0.2 to arbitrary R for cost reduction.

We propose cost reductions that can shorten lead times and processing times, thanks to the expanded capabilities of processing machines!

We would like to introduce a case where the hexagonal head corner R0.2 was changed to an arbitrary R to achieve cost reduction. Typically, when there is an R dimension indication on the hexagonal head corner, it is necessary to change the grip within the machining machine and perform end milling on the hexagonal shape and corner R from the end face side. By changing the hexagonal head corner R from a dimension indication to an arbitrary R, it becomes possible to process the hexagonal shape from the cross direction, and since the corner R is also arbitrary, it can be finished using turning processing. [Challenges] ■ When there is an R dimension indication on the hexagonal head corner, it is necessary to change the grip within the machining machine, requiring end milling on the hexagonal shape and corner R from the end face side. ■ Even when using a multi-tasking lathe, it is limited to machines with a turret. *For more details, please visit our website or feel free to contact us.
